location good, experience mixed
street noiseminibar prices
the room faced the street. noise from outside affected my sleep. the minibar prices seemed excessive, even for a hotel of this standard. i found it difficult to justify the cost of a small bottle of water or a snack.. it did detract from the overall experience. these little things added up.

great locationcomfortable bedtasty food
The hotel location was great. I got a taxi from the train station. The Superior ME City View Terrace room had a comfortable bed. All staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good in the Italian restaurant next door. I also had dinner in the STK restaurant. The food was tasty. The hotel had a lovely smell.
The concierge desk was not cute. The older gentleman serving there was already dealing with a customer when I arrived. That customer got great service. I as a party of one did not.

The hotel is very centrally located near many shops and restaurants. the staff was cute and helpful. the rooms include many amenities. I didn't need to pack much other than clothes.

this hotel has a rooftop terrace restaurant with amazing city views, a gym with updated equipment, and a lounge that often features a dj at night, this makes for a great spot.

my room was a superior me city view with comfortable beds. the room was equipped with a nespresso coffee machine, dyson hairdryer, and ghd hair straighteners, this was a nice surprise.

The hotel breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options, i enjoyed the quality of the food. there are two restaurants connected to the hotel, stk and an italian option. Both offer delicious food.
